Do you require a deposit to reserve a trip?

To reserve your date with a pontoon boat, payment in full is required. Charters by ticket are offered by The Pelican St Pete, for which the ticket is the only purchase necessary to board. For private charters on The Pelican St Pete , 49-passenger vessel, a 20% deposit ($734) is required; the cost to rent the entire vessel is $3,671.57 for 3 hours (tax and gratuity is included).

What is your cancellation / refund policy?

Pontoon Boats: Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled time forfeits your payment. Cancellations due to weather result in a full refunded payment.

The Pelican St Pete: Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled time forfeits your payment/deposit. Cancellations due to weather result in a full refunded payment/deposit.

Are tips customary?

Captains and Crew work hard for your enjoyment. Gratuities of 15%-20% are appreciated.

What is included?

Pontoon Boats: A cooler with ice is provided to keep your drinks and snacks cold. BYOB drinks and food is permitted.

The Pelican St Pete: A cooler with ice and fresh cold water are available. Guests can only bring food and non-alcohol drinks onboard. Beer, wine, champagne, soft drinks and light snacks are available for purchase.

Are your boats safe?

All of our Captains are US Coast Guard licensed and insured. All boats are equipped with Coast Guard approved safety equipment. Safety is #1 on the water.

Are there restrooms?

Pontoon Boats: No restrooms are on board, but they can stop at a dock nearby if needed.

The Pelican St Pete: Two restrooms are onboard.
